H.T. PROF Executive Search was incorporated in 1997 as High Tech Professionals, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia.  The company focused on recruiting Data Warehouse / CRM / Business Intelligence Professionals/Consultants in the Banking/Finance and Telecommunication industries.

In 2001, H.T. PROF Executive Search  started H.T. PROF ISRAEL as a separate organization dedicated to developing and growing relationships with Israeli companies doing business in the United States.

In 2007 the company opened an office in Boston and in 2009 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina

The company also has a focus on recruiting in the areas of CleanTech (H.T. PROF – CleanTech) and BioTech (Bio-Partners Search Group, LLC)
