Reporting directly to the Production Domain Manager at the Corporate Headquarters, you will lead Manufacturing Excellence activities within the Corporate Excellence Center. 
  • Support multiple Global Business Units in defining realistically challenging target for improvement in Capacity, Quality, Variable & Fixed Costs
  • Develop and deploy the change management methodology and toolbox
  • Train and support Business Unit leaders and share best practices
  • Promote conditions and a mindset of continuous improvement

Background Profile:
  • M.S. in Chemical Engineering or similar
  • At least five plus years’ experience in an industrial environment
  • Strong technical and process expertise with production of plastics, chemicals, oil & gas, or similar industries
  • Proficient with various lean continuous improvement methodologies; 6 sigma black belt preferred
  • Data driven, results oriented, experience tracking metrics & performance indicators
  • Ability to travel 30-50%, mostly within the US and North America
